Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 in a center-based setting. You will conduct 1:1 sessions, implement skill acquisition plans, and collect data to track progress, under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• Background in child development or behavior sciences is preferred.
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques and data collection methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record session data, and write progress notes.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding client progress.
• Assist the BCBA with preparing materials and organizing sessions.
• Attend required trainings and stay current with BACB guidelines.

Education

Pursuing degree in psychology / related field
