Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–12. You will follow behavior plans, collect data, and document progress under supervision, while engaging with families to support development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under guidance of BCBA.
• Assist the BCBA and prepare materials for sessions.
