Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 in a center-based setting. You will use a play-based approach to teach early skills and track progress.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you’ll follow skill acquisition plans, collect data, document progress, and engage with families. The role offers strong growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with clients aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing materials and program setup.
• Maintain required knowledge and follow BACB guidelines.
• Work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
