Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-12. You will follow behavior support plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA to support progress in a center-based setting.

The role offers on-site training, growth opportunities, and a pathway to BCBA or leadership roles as part of our Propel program, with a comprehensive benefits package and strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Experience with children ages 2-12 in a classroom, daycare, 1:1 setting, or instructional childcare setting preferred.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles; Educational or Allied Health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client’s progress (with guidance from the BCBA).
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and acquire knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines and work towards becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if not already.
