Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-12 at our center-based programs. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and communicate progress with families under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA in preparing client materials; maintain spaces.
