Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–12 in a center-based Indianapolis setting.

You will implement individualized skill acquisition plans, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA and families. The role offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry clients up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to restrain/hold/transport per behavior support plan.
• Able to sit/kneel/stand for extended periods while supporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Record and review data for progress notes and session data.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers under guidance of the BCBA.
• Assist in preparing materials and maintaining a therapy space.
• Participate in required trainings and stay current with BACB guidelines.
