Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA sessions with children ages 2-12 using natural play.
• Implement behavior plans and collect data as directed by the BCBA.
• Record progress notes and communicate with caregivers about progress.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff and interns.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapy environment.
