Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 across NJ centers. The role focuses on one‑on‑one sessions using natural play to teach communication and self‑advocacy, with supervision from a BCBA and structured growth pathways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents or caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings to maintain knowledge of BACB guidelines.
