Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the BCBA and collect progress data in real time.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs set by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
