Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data, supporting families and caregivers for consistent skill generalization.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Prior experience with autism is preferred, and a passion for helping families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
