Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and ensure consistency in skill generalization.

Requirements include an active RBT or eligibility, a high school diploma, and the ability to drive to various locations. Practical experience with autism and strong communication skills are highly valued, along with a genuine

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
