Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data using our clinical software.

Requirements include an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Prior experience with autism is preferred, and strong communication with families is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
