Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data using clinical software.

You should have an active RBT certification or be eligible, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus), strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Grow with our supportive team and celebrate meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required or eligible.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
