Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment.

Requires active RBT certification (or eligibility), HS diploma, and reliable transportation; experience with autism preferred and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
