Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure skill generalization.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. A passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
