Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families to ensure skill generalization.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and passionate care for children and families while offering professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with autism/developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
