Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality therapy, collaborating with families, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligible to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
