Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect real-time progress data.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT credential, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping children and families achieve

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required or eligible
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
