Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data under supervision.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality therapy, collaborating with families and BCBAs, and maintaining a supportive, safe session environment to promote learning and generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
