Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with families and therapists to ensure consistent progress and generalization of skills. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required or eligible to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with autism/developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
