Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent skill development and generalization. A valid RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
