Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings. You will follow individualized intervention plans and work under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires RBT certification or eligibility, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience with ASD. You will collect data, maintain safety, and collaborate with families to support meaningful development.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
