Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect real-time data, and collaborate with families to promote consistent skill generalization.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT or eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Passion for helping families and children is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
