Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans and track progress using clinical software, while collaborating with BCBA mentors, families, and caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility) and a high school diploma; a BA/BS in psychology or related field is a plus. Reliable transportation is required to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
