Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data to guide treatment under supervision.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT or eligibility, a HS diploma (BA in Psychology/Education a plus), and a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
