The Clinical Supervisor at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) oversees all clinical treatment activities for assigned patients, coordinating with caregivers, payors, and other professionals. The role emphasizes developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and coaching technicians to ensure high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities include collaboration with families, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation across centers, homes, and telehealth

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BACB certification required or in process.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ABA treatment knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervisory hours monthly and document progress.
