Job summary
The Clinical Supervisor at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) leads clinical treatment for patients, designing plans, overseeing implementation, and coaching caregivers. Ideal candidates hold a BACB-verified credential, a Master’s in Psychology/ABA or related field, and experience with Autism Spectrum
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
- BACB-credential required or eligible.
- Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence.
- Direct behavior technicians in implementing treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and case records.
