Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across the CARD center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and ASD experience. You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, coach caregivers, and ensure HIPAA compliance while maintaining quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB behavior analyst certification.
• ABA experience with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Provide supervision and coaching to behavioral technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, payers, and clinicians.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Administer assessments and analyze patient progress.
