Job summary
The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth. You will assess skills, develop plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with caregivers and payors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This role offers onsite, hybrid, and remote work options, relocation support up to $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses up to $30,000 annually, paid training,
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA.
- BACB board certification.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain treatment plans.
- Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence monthly.
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans based on data.
- Coordinate care with caregivers, payors, and professionals.
- Direct behavior technicians in protocol implementation.
- Provide ongoing coaching to technicians.
- Work primarily onsite while supporting direct observation.
