Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders leads clinical treatment for assigned patients across CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth. You will develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, coach caregivers, and ensure adherence to ABA protocols and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the BACB.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly requirements.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and treatment needs.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Observe treatment implementation for potential revisions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Primarily works onsite to support technicians and follow best practices of direct observation.
• Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress toward goals.
