The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment, develop plans, and lead a team of technicians. The role supports patients across multiple settings including center, home, school, and telehealth.

Qualified applicants hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with ASD experience. CARD offers relocation assistance, comprehensive training, telemedicine, and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BACB certification is required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical treatment for patients and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payors, and other professionals.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians and ensure fidelity of ABA programs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
