Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at Center for Autism and Related Disorders oversees clinical treatment for assigned patients, develops treatment plans, and coaches caregivers and technicians across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth.

You will work onsite with flexible options and contribute to high-quality ABA programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient progress through data-driven reviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the BACB is required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Direct behavior technicians in implementation of treatment protocols.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payors, and other professionals.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% compliant each month.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
