The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coach caregivers to ensure high-quality ABA services.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA with BACB certification, autism experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure 100% supervision hours adherence each month.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function.
• Direct behavior technicians in treatment protocol implementation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to caregivers and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data documentation.
