The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee treatment for clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of therapists.

This role includes coaching caregivers, coordinating care, and ensuring HIPAA compliance across settings. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB certification and ability to work with ASD.
• Experience mentoring staff and coordinating care.
• Proficiency with MS Office and telehealth tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets.
• Coach and train behavior technicians in treatment protocols.
• Communicate with caregivers and payors about progress.
• Coordinate care across centers, homes, and school settings.
