Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at Center For Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) leads clinical treatment for patients, developing and updating plans and supervising technicians. You will assess skills, analyze behaviors, and design functionally relevant plans across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth settings.

Remote options may be available, with onsite collaboration and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Requirements include a BCBA and a master’s degree; experience with ASD is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Promote optimal outcomes using clinical judgment.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment protocols.
• Observe treatment implementation and adjust protocols based on data.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payors, and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
