Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children aged 2-6 with autism through play-based ABA, following the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Role emphasizes hands-on experience in psychology and child development, with paid RBT training and a defined career path including promotions every 3 months as skills grow.

Compensation ranges $21.50-$28.50/hour, with a sign-on bonus and benefits, plus guaranteed hours for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
