Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Behavior Technicians to help 2–6 year-old children learn, communicate, and grow through play within an ABA framework based on ESDM. You will work under Master’s-level clinicians to implement plans in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.

• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
