Thrive Behavior Centers, LLC in Burleson, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA for children aged 2 to 10 with autism. You will implement prescribed programs and monitor safety during sessions.

Responsibilities include data collection in Central Reach, daily notes for families, and collaboration with the therapy team. A compassionate, patient approach and adherence to BACB ethics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification within 60 days is required.
• CPR/AED or BLS certification required.
• Uphold BACB ethics standards and supervision requirements.
• Knowledge of Central Reach software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Monitor client safety and behavior during sessions.
• Collect and document data using Central Reach.
• Create complete session notes and daily parent notes.
• Engage families and maintain rapport with clients and colleagues.
