Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioral Therapists to provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare, and center-based settings. You will deliver ABA therapy services, create engaging learning experiences, and draft reports to relay progress to senior health professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or related ABA experience) is preferred.
• Experience with ABA and/or working with young children is beneficial.
• Positive, patient, and creative individuals with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at home, daycare, or clinic and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Create engaging, fun learning experiences and foster a supportive environment.
