Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers Llc is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with children aged 2–10, implement programs, and monitor safety during sessions.

The role emphasizes data collection, parent communication, and collaboration with the clinical team. Requirements include HS diploma or GED, RBT certification within 60 days, CPR/BLS, and adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Maintain RBT certification throughout employment.
• CPR/AED or BLS certification required (AHA accredited).
• Adhere to BACB ethics code and supervision standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients one-on-one under supervision of a BCBA.
• Monitor client safety and wellbeing during sessions.
• Implement ABA programs and data collection as prescribed.
• Create and maintain accurate session notes and parent updates.
• Engage with clients and families to build rapport and reinforce skills.
• Follow safety protocols and center policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to center upkeeping.
