The role emphasizes data collection via Central Reach, collaboration with families, and adherence to BACB ethics while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Maintain RBT certification throughout employment and follow BACB ethics.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients one-on-one under BCBA supervision and implement ABA programs.
• Monitor client safety and well-being during sessions.
• Collect data using Central Reach and maintain accurate session notes.
• Create daily notes for parents detailing therapy activities and progress.
• Uphold Thrive policies and BACB ethics in all interactions.
