Job summary
Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Tyler, Texas seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with young children using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.
The role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturday shifts and opportunities for career growth. Applicants must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and be willing to obtain paid RBT
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
- Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
- Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
