Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children aged 2–10 under BCBA supervision. You will implement prescribed programs, monitor safety, and build strong rapport while recording session data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• RBT certification required within first 60 days of employment.
• Maintain RBT certification throughout employment.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor client safety during sessions and intervene as needed.
• Administer behavioral interventions and implement programs as directed.
• Build rapport and engage clients throughout sessions.
• Create complete daily session notes and parent updates.
• Utilize Central Reach to collect data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and colleagues professionally.
