Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with children aged two to ten, implementing prescribed ABA programs and monitoring safety during sessions.

Responsibilities include data collection, session notes, and collaboration with families and staff. The role offers competitive pay, vacation, holidays, and health benefits as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Obtain RBT certification within the first 60 days of employment; maintain it throughout employment.
• Maintain BACB ethics and supervision standards including competency assessments.
• CPR/AED or BLS certification required at hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing ABA programs as prescribed.
• Monitor the client throughout the session to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Administer behavioral interventions and implement programs for clients with communication deficits or safety risks.
• Record data and maintain session notes accurately using the designated software.
• Engage with clients and families, provide support, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
