Thrive Behavior Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our ABA therapy team. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized programs for children ages two to ten and help them engage with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED; Bachelors preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients one-on-one under BCBA supervision implementing ABA programs.
• Monitor clients during sessions to ensure safety and well-being.
• Maintain session notes and parent communication.
• Capture data throughout sessions using Central Reach.
