Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and in-home settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and coordinate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include maintaining caseloads, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and supporting multiple environments including centers, homes, and communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree and/or enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
• Proficiency with iPad and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect and maintain records of client performance and data.
