Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for CARD patients and families under supervision. Roles may be in CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, or telehealth environments.

Qualified applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent and must pass CARD training. ASD experience is preferred; flexibility to work across multiple settings and locations is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group treatment to patients under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with fidelity.
• Follow supervisor feedback and CARD quality standards in every session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
