Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision and support families, ensuring safety and program fidelity.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of CARD’s training program, with ASD experience preferred. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including passing a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Record and review patient progress with accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Assist in data collection and documentation for each session.
