Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor. Roles may be performed in CARD centers, homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma and be willing to complete CARD training. ASD experience is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, confidential patient care and professional collaboration across settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidentiality.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to stakeholders.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
