Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under supervision across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth settings. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Completion of CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group ABA treatment under Clinical Supervisor supervision.
• Maintain accurate data collection and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional conduct with patients and families.
